Our Mission

GUIDE FLIES MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Innovation, creativity and a shared passion to raise the bar across the fly industry is what we strive for in everything we do. Our approach is simple: empower our Guide Flies tiers with a set of skills and the best materials and tools to make our proven custom fly patterns available to anglers.
These flies create new, skilled jobs for the Island of Guanaja.
Our Mission to:

The Angler:
Every fly is custom designed using the highest quality materials and hooks in the industry.
Our flies are time tested and our location in Guanaja, Honduras
makes this possible
as it is one of the most challenging fisheries in the world.

We are proud to partner with companies such as
Semperfli, Harline, Firehole Outdoors, TMC, Whiting Farms, MFC,
Solarez, Regal Engineering, Nature's Spirit and Wapsi

The Community:
As a family company we pride ourselves on providing the best jobs and
wages to the Guide Flies employees of Guanaja, Honduras.

Guide flies creates stable, year-round jobs and the Fly Fish Guanaja fishing guides
and their families are the backbone of Guide Flies.
Their passion for fly fishing shows in every fly we produce.

The Environment:
We are focused on improving our environment and community.
For every fly we sell at retail, we donate one to the Fish for Change student program.
